In this role, your primary responsibility is the preparation and delivery of a portion of the payroll product to our customers in the EMEASA region. As such it is customer and stakeholder facing, has high visibility and forms a critical element in delivering on our promises to stakeholders. It is carried out by an outsourced payroll vendor. This role requires excellent relationships with both external Payroll providers and internal HR Generalists across the EMEASA region. It involves complete end to end payroll cycle process

Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of payrolls across the EMEASA region;
  • Responding to inquiries from and providing information to employees, supervisors and key business partners across the region;
  • Preparation of monthly reports as required;
  • May maintain vacation, sick leave and other records;
  • Analyze and approve Workday process
  • Input transactions on online bank system
  • Perform audits of data in Workday to ensure accuracy and compliance on a regular specified basis.
  • Monitor Vendors to ensure optimum service

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Strong multitasking and English skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and escalate to manager when appropriate

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office suite.
