Payroll Operation:

  • Support payroll operations of APAC countries - focus will be Singapore.
  • Review and reconcile payroll output files, ensure payments and reports are delivered accurately in accordance with company policies & procedures and in compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.
  • Support year end payroll activities including employee income tax filing review, other statutory filing as required by country.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR operation, C&B, Global mobility etc to manage APAC countries payroll operations, escalations, and query resolution.
  • Multi-task various aspects of the position while being able to prioritize daily workload to achieve payroll team goals as well as provide quality internal and external customer service.
  • Prepare and handle annual internal and external payroll audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Stock Administration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with Global stock admin team to report APAC employees’ equity (RSU, ESPP) grant and vesting activities as per country requirements.
  • Manage and support payroll or employee equity related audit requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Business

Preferred Experience:

  • 3 years APAC payroll operation working experiences.
  • Detail oriented and organized in work
  • Good communication (written and oral) and excel skills
  • Self-motivated, work independent with minimum supervision
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
