ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a collaborative, energic Analyst to join our award-winning team, 2023 NPI Payroll team of the year. WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Actively participate in bi-weekly activities and ensure that all transactions are processed and recorded accurately, within prescribed deadlines and in accordance with applicable Canadian and provincial legislation.
  • Analyze, resolve, and coordinate the various requests received from our employees and act as a liaison between other internal support groups and third-party service providers.
  • Demonstrate discernment in analysis and prioritization of the volume of work.
  • Work in collaboration with all stakeholders within intact by carrying out analysis and responding to various requests related to the interpretation of corporate policies, labor relations and government policies.
  • Support our call center by responding to employees
  • Reconciliation, analysis, and explanation of overpayments. Make payment arrangements based on established reimbursement policies.
  • Participate in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of our payroll processes to exceed employee expectations and promote effective operational efficiency.
  • Proposes innovative solutions to improve current processes in place; participate in improving process documentation and communicate the contents.
  • Perform other related duties.
  • Participate in various initiatives and/or projects.
