  • Process Payroll
  • Benefits Plan Administration
  • WCB/WSIB Claims
  • Payroll Database/Employee File Management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) Certified
  • Payroll (ADP experience preferred) / detail oriented administrative experience.
  • Solid understanding of the legal differences with respect to payroll and benefits in the various jurisdictions in which we do business.

ABILITIES, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 – 5 years previous experience in similar areas of responsibility
  • Customer service orientation and strong organizational skills.
  • Good with detail.
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft word, Excel, HRIS/Payroll systems , Taleo (including ADP WFN, ADP RUN, ADP PCPW and Reportsmith)
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources &/ or Payroll and Benefits administration preferred
