Description:
* Payroll & Benefits Coordinator * Our repeat client is seeking a diligent HR/Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to manage a wide range of HR-related responsibilities. This position requires managing payroll processing, coordinating benefits, inputting data on our HRIS system, researching and implementing taxation requirements, onboarding employees, and many other tasks. You will act as the first point of contact for payroll and benefits-related questions, recommend and implement new procedures for greater efficiency, assist in training managers in timesheet software, and help maintain employee records. * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting or related field
* 3+ years of experience in human resources and payroll;
* Technically proficient in MS Office, HRIS (Paycom preferred)
* Strong analytical and research skills are required, including utilizing technology to perform data analysis and evaluation
* Superior customer service skills
