Description:
Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be recruiting for a Payroll Assistant for our oil service company client who have a heavy focus on renewable energy. This is a full time, rolling contract position, which will be based from our client’s office in Bridge of Don.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, have keen eye for detail, be able to use initiative and have excellent communication skills.
This role is looking to be filled urgently, candidates who are available at short notice are urged to apply.
Responsibilities:
The Payroll Assistant will assist the Payroll Officer with the administration for the monthly payroll. Duties will include:
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages and salaries of employees
- Updating monthly accrual spreadsheets
- Admin of pension schemes
- Managing payroll mailbox and responding to general payroll querie
