WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE A POTENTIAL AUXADI MEMBER?

We are currently looking for payroll specialists with experience in professional services firms.

In addition, it is important that you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Accounting
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience of at least one year
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Handle the calculation, production, and delivery of payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with current labor laws.
  • Technology and Processes: You will use processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all payroll-related obligations with social security, health entities, and local authorities are met.
  • Labor Record Management: Manage employee records, including registrations, discharges, and contract adaptations, using digital platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to deliver comprehensive and accurate services
