You have to attend a paid full-time training of three (3) weeks.

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

On a typical day, you will:

  • Connect with clients in with respect to their portfolio to collect payroll data;
  • Produce payroll according to client expectations and current payroll legislation;
  • Plan and prioritize work to meet service levels and client expectations;
  • Provide one-time support to the client during payroll input;
  • Follow department policies and procedures;
  • Work closely with resources in other pay areas;
  • Meet quality standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • High school diploma;
  • 1 year full-time experience or 2 years part-time experience
  • Excellent client service skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure, while respecting timelines and with a positive attitude;
  • Bilinguism required (French and English)
  • Demonstrate versatility and autonomy;
  • Confidentiality and thoroughness;
  • Demonstrate partnership skills;

  • High sense of organization and priorities;
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (an asset);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
