You will need to complete two (2) weeks of full-time paid training for this position.
Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
During a typical day, you will perform the following tasks:
- Communicate with clients in your portfolio for payroll data entry
- Produce payroll according to client expectations and current legislation
- Plan and organize your work to meet service levels and client expectations
- Provide occasional client support during payroll entry
- Follow service policies and procedures
- Work closely with resources from other payroll sectors
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- High school diploma
- 1 year of full-time experience or 2 years of part-time experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Required bilingualism, both spoken and written (French / English)
- Versatility and autonomy
- Confidentiality and attention to detail
- Teamwork skills
- High sense of organization and priorities
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
