The role involves meticulous maintenance of payroll records, processing of time inputs and other related tasks in an office environment. This position is instrumental in the smooth functioning of our team and requires a strong understanding of payroll processes.

• Accurately process time inputs for payroll on a regular basis
• Ensure all payroll data is kept up-to-date and organized
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries in a timely manner
• Closely monitor payroll accounts and perform necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate payroll processing
• Utilize payroll software to manage payroll operations effectively
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations concerning payroll
• Resolve any discrepancies in payroll records
• Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
• Applicants must possess strong knowledge and experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in using payroll software is required.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• The ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are needed.
