Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and centralize all payroll supporting information;
- Recording all salary information in the HR payroll system;
- Salary calculations based on different salary schemas, including the calculation of the payroll taxes;
- Preparing different reports and analysis required by law or by the clients.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
- Academic degree in Human Resources, Management, Accounting or related fields of study;
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in the local payroll field (within a payroll consulting organization – a plus);
- Fluent user of English (both written and spoken).
