WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the Payroll Control Team to process payroll for multiple Sodexo segments, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Execute statutory payroll reporting, including Real Time Information submissions, HMRC requirements, and end-of-year updates.
• Manage the Sodexo Childcare scheme and support employees with related queries through the Benefits and Rewards portal.
• Ensure payroll compliance with auto-enrolment and pension legislation, collaborating with the Head of Pensions.
• Reconcile payroll postings to SAP and other third-party accounts, working closely with finance.
• Prepare annual P11D forms, process tax settlements, and oversee NHS pay scales for healthcare workers.
• Drive team performance with regular meetings, strategic planning, and open communication.
