GETTING TO KNOW THE POSITION

The position will manage payroll and provide administrative and functional support to the HR and Finance functions in Weyburn focusing on accurate and timely analysis and reporting on results, KPIs and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner Certification preferred
  • Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 2 years related payroll processing experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Experience in ADP Workforce NOW is an asset
  • Experience in MS Office and SAP an asset
  • Detail-oriented, able to work on tight deadlines and learn quickly
  • Ability to lead process and systems improvements
  • Independent, organised and problem solving mindset
  • Proactive, eager to learn and adaptable to change
  • Good communication and facilitation skills
