Responsibilities:

The Payroll Coordinator’s mission is to assist the team to provide quality and accurate end-to-end payroll services to the organisation and to work with the team to ensure the payroll function performs effectively and efficiently. You will support the team during acquisition phase to develop and maintain business partner relationships with key stakeholders across sites streamlining existing payroll processes and assisting with roll-out of new processes.

A ‘be of service’ attitude and operating manner is shown in everything that you are involved in to support quality working relationships and deliverables.
Payroll records, systems, payments, month end reconciliations, financial records and reporting are maintained, accurate, compliant and presented on time every time (as required).
Month end reporting, reconciliations and payments processed in accordance with relevant legislation.
Assist team with end of year reporting and process.
Monitor the performance of payroll systems and payroll procedures, making recommendations on enhancements to work processes to ensure optimal system functionality increasing accuracy and efficiencies.
Drive continuous improvement with Payroll systems by reviewing and updating on a regular basis.
Assist with software project roll-outs on newly acquired sites. .
