We are looking for a Payroll Expert to our well-known client in Stockholm.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are an experienced Payroll specialist.
  • You have expertise in Swedish law, labor law and payroll.
  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English, oral and written.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Meritorious: Experience with Workday, SAP and Service Now.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process owner for Swedish payroll and HR administrative processes.
  • Secure payroll delivery for the Swedish Telenor companies in collaboration with payroll provider.
  • Responsible for existing payroll processes, continuously improving and streamlining these and making demands on Outsourcing partner (Zalaris) for payroll services.
  • Ensure that the company’s obligations under Swedish laws and regulations.
  • Be up to date on what is happening in the Swedish organization in the HR and payroll area.
  • Develop and maintain information in the People Portal.
  • Contribute to developing a well-functioning Nordic Knowledge & Operations team.
  • Support others in HR such as HR Service Desk, Comp & Ben-Expert, HR Generalists and People Business Partners in your area of expertise.
  • Act as contact person for Finance.
  • Continuously improve processes and routines.

TASKS:

  • Manage HR and payroll administrative tasks, such as reporting, controls, funding, data reconciliation, audits, bonuses, holiday bonuses, etc.
  • Tactical, contractual, and operational follow up of and cooperation with their payroll provider Zalaris.
  • HR Service Desk follow up and support, including training, task handover, information sharing, etc.
  • Answering “cases” in Service Now (Tier 2 support).
  • People Portal content maintenance and development, including knowledge articles, banners, feedback and notifications management.
  • Contribute to HR and payroll-related projects when needed.
    You will be part of a Nordic team of 10 people, called Knowledge & Operations, with team members located in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
    The team’s responsibilities are to follow up our client’s payroll providers (Zalaris and Silta) and together with them ensure a stable and correct payroll delivery to the companies TSS provides services to.
    In addition, the team is responsible for several HR administrative tasks, and for writing and publishing content in our clients People Portal. The team also acts as a support for HR Service Desk with guidance and training in our clients’ processes, routines, policies and guidelines.
