This company, with a presence in over 10 countries and more than 1,000 employees worldwide, is looking for a Payroll Expert to manage and oversee payroll operations across their European branches. This position is based in Luxembourg, within a mid-sized, English-speaking team that emphasizes mutual support and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire payroll process for European offices, ensuring it is accurate and complies with all relevant regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all payroll inquiries, liaising closely with the HR department and external payroll providers.
  • Manage tasks related to social secretariat functions and address employee payroll queries, becoming an essential HR operations resource.
  • Support various ad-hoc projects related to personal tax and other HR-related duties.
  • Collaborate with international offices to ensure consistency and the implementation of best practices.
