ABOUT THE COMPANY

Award winning NZ food production & distribution business with over 350 staff nationwide. Major supplier to St Pierres, Wendys, Burger Fuel & more.

Responsibilities:

Working as part of the Human Resources team, your tasks will include;

  • Assisting with loading & checking payroll for all staff using Data Pay
  • Maintaining payroll records
  • Providing advice & assistance to managers & staff across recruitment, remuneration, performance management, training & development, & employment relations
  • Providing contracts & forms for new staff members
  • Maintain up to date information in HR policies & procedures

Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will need to a have a good understanding & experience in either payroll or HR , & demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
