Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide ongoing support to the Payroll function and the HR including holiday cover as required for both departments.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

IPASS qualification desirable1+ years previous HR administration experience

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of time and attendance record maintenance required - TMS System
  • Knowledge of piece rate calculations beneficial
  • Experience of processing a weekly payment cycle with advanced detail checking required, while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Weekly maintenance of employee annual leave records
  • Good knowledge of statutory requirements required, ensuring that all payroll reports and records are maintained and filed on a weekly basis, including submissions to Revenue.
  • Ability to identify payroll issues and resolve with IT or production as required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise and react to requests from various parties at short notice and answer all queries from employees regarding their wages in a timely manner.
  • General HR administration: creating contracts, reference letters etc.
  • Management of the on boarding process, collation of references, qualifications, and new hire forms for new starters
  • Completing the HR induction programme for new starters
  • HR file management and maintenance
  • Completing exit interviews for leavers
  • Coordinating with the IT and Health & Safety team in relation to new starters and leavers
  • Working on HR projects and initiatives as required
