Hotels Unlimited has an exciting opening to join our Payroll and Human Resources team in the corporate offices located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike. Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
  • Experience with Paylocity, or similar payroll processing software.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, dependable, and reliable.
  • Ability to effortlessly switch gears at a moment’s notice and wear many hats.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and assist co-workers when required

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and recording employee payroll.
  • Managing Onboarding workflow of new employees.
  • Reporting detailed information for Workers Compensation and Insurance claims.
  • Organizing and maintaining employee records.
  • Light bookkeeping and expense reporting.
  • Performing tasks as assigned by members of the management staff.
  • Maintaining and enforcing policies and procedures for internal control compliance.
