Hotels Unlimited has an exciting opening to join our Payroll and Human Resources team in the corporate offices located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike. Requirements:
- Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
- Experience with Paylocity, or similar payroll processing software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be punctual, responsible, dependable, and reliable.
- Ability to effortlessly switch gears at a moment’s notice and wear many hats.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and assist co-workers when required
Responsibilities:
- Processing and recording employee payroll.
- Managing Onboarding workflow of new employees.
- Reporting detailed information for Workers Compensation and Insurance claims.
- Organizing and maintaining employee records.
- Light bookkeeping and expense reporting.
- Performing tasks as assigned by members of the management staff.
- Maintaining and enforcing policies and procedures for internal control compliance.
