Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will help people and make a positive impact. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company and be their trusted advisor. On a typical day, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Integrate and train payroll service clients when adding the General Ledger module.
  • Ensure client needs are met within deadlines in compliance with the ISO process.
  • Occasionally integrate new payroll service clients.
  • Conduct tests to ensure quality and follow the current ISO process.
  • Analyze and confirm client needs to their satisfaction. Perform necessary follow-ups.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

You will use our payroll solutions to assist our clients online or by phone.

  • College diploma (DEC) in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any other combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the payroll field.
  • Strong customer service skills, analytical, synthesis, and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Training in “Understanding Online Payroll Principles” from Collège Ahuntsic or accreditation from the National Payroll Institute (NPI) (an asset).
  • Knowledge of accounting for the General Ledger interface (an asset).
  • Excellent command of French and English, both verbal and written (essential).
