Boeing Poland Sp.z o.o. is currently looking for a Payroll Intern Analyst (part-time 50%) to join our amazing team in Gdansk, Poland.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Payroll internship is located in Gdansk, in Poland office.
The Payroll Intern’s responsibilities will include contributing to various elements of the payroll operations. The person will work under the guidance of Payroll team members located in Gdansk.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
  • A fundamental understanding of payroll
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with strong command of Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and accomplish payroll tasks and activities with guidance from the Payroll local team
  • Develop business acumen by seizing opportunities to learn
  • Apply functional academic knowledge and skills to the specific internship position with a professional approach
  • Handling of incoming mail, scanning, and uploading documents to designated parties.
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects and assignments.
