ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

We are now looking for an independent Payroll Management Specialist to our Stockholm site to perform HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures related to payroll for our Nordic countries. The position belongs to the Global HR Operations but works in close collaboration with the local HR teams. Payroll Management Specialist is responsible for outsourced payroll processes and other related compensation and benefits HR processes and develops them proactively and aligns to our global processes.
Together with the team of three people, you will be the main contact towards the payroll vendor and make sure processes are followed and securing a good data quality. You will have the main responsibility for payroll for Nordic countries as part of the Nordic team.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING:

  • You are familiar with the Swedish and Danish labor law, collective agreements, social securities, personal income tax, registration and processing of overtime and on-calls, holiday entitlements etc. Norwegian and Finnish labor law knowledge is a plus.
  • You have proven experience with compensation and benefits, preferably from larger companies, more specifically with salary elements, pensions, benefits like meal vouchers, company cars etc.
  • Demonstrated ability: preferably SAP, process knowledge, good knowledge of digitalization and good administrative skills
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably within Human Resources, finance, or demonstrable experience within required area
  • A proven experience of 3-5 years’
  • Good communication Skill. Proficiency with Swedish and English Language, Danish is an advantage.
  • You have an organized way of working and enjoy also digging into the details, you have analytical learning and researching skills, be proactive, self-motivated, work independently and be customer orientated.
  • You are comfortable working in a global matrix organization with multiple different stakeholders and requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, prepare and secure that the payroll input consists of high quality
  • Be the contact person towards our payroll vendor
  • Complete execution of Human Resources policies and processes
  • Support employees and managers in payroll related matters
  • Perform analysis, identify, suggest and drive improvements on processes and tools
  • Manage agreed local vendors.
  • Run and participate in HR Delivery projects.
  • Provide project support as well as HR delivery and data
  • Keep proactively up to date on labor laws and regulations impacting pay and benefits area and action these into company implementation
