Description:

We are searching for a Payroll Manager to join our team in the financial services industry. Our workplace is located in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be primarily responsible for assisting with payroll implementation and managing domestic payroll for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of payroll systems, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage the execution of domestic payroll, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and various other tools for payroll processing and management.
  • Handle 401k - RRSP administration, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Use About Time software to accurately track and manage employee working hours.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage benefit functions, ensuring all employee benefits are accurately recorded and processed in the payroll system.
  • Utilize UKG Ready and UKG Pro for efficient payroll management and processing.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Handle any inquiries related to payroll, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with Ceridian and About Time software
  • Experience with 401k - RRSP Administration
  • Proven skills in auditing and benefit functions
  • Knowledge of UKG Ready and UKG Pro software
  • Experience in domestic payroll administration
  • Ability to process bi-weekly payroll
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
