Description:

My client, a luxury consumer products company, located in Middlesex, NJ has an opportunity for a Payroll Manager. This will be a hybrid schedule.
Drive Collaborative Success: Foster strong working relationships with Human Resources and Finance teams across all brands to deliver on all payroll initiatives.
Act as a strategic partner in providing expert advice and coaching on payroll practices that enhance brand operations
Ensure Tax Compliance: Diligently monitor and adhere to tax legislation to ensure accurate reporting and correct filing procedures are consistently applied, in conjunction with our external tax filing partner.
Demonstrate strong project management skills with an ability to lead complex payroll projects from conception through successful execution.
Uphold Operational Excellence: Direct US Payroll operations with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all timelines and protocols.
