Description:
The HRIS/Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing our HR information system and payroll operations. This will involve maintaining data integrity, ensuring information security, processing payroll accurately, managing benefits and compensation packages, and complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll or HRIS positions. Hospitality industry knowledge is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is required.
Highly proficient in HRIS systems.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with labor legislation and payroll processes.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the entire payroll process across all our locations using ADP Workforce Now.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Administer and oversee the company’s benefits programs.
Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
Stay informed on the latest payroll and tax compliances, labor legislation, and implement them in policies and procedures.
Work closely with HR and finance stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR and payroll.
Support HR and Management with special projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
Conduct internal audits of payroll processing.
Provide training and support to HR and payroll staff.
