Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the payroll team, fostering their development to ensure high performance.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for all employees, guaranteeing accuracy and timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and regulations, including Superannuation, PAYG, and Fair Work requirements.
- Supervise the maintenance and updates of payroll systems and software, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Address and resolve payroll inquiries and issues, while providing support and guidance to yourtown employees
