Description:
The Downer Business Services Centre (BSC) provides people and finance related support to our operating businesses. We do this by focusing on our BSC operating discipline “The Way We Work” to enable improved customer outcomes and value return to the business. We believe that building the best teams, right capability, and structure, and simplifying our services to eliminate complexity will result in the right customer experience.
This role is responsible for the governance and management of the P2P Master Data portfolio, ensuring all processes are established, compliant and operate effectively across Australia and/or New Zealand. The role will support the Manager, P2P Data & Corporate Card Management in the delivery of an effective and efficient P2P Operations model that supports the groups planned growth strategy, whilst meeting the needs of Customers and key stakeholders.
- At least 1 year Financial Services / Operations/ P2P management experience preferably in a large complex organisation, fast paced and high-volume environment.
- Experience in supporting effective change in a multifaceted people environment.
- Experience in working with senior leadership team level internally and with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully engage and be a positive influence.
- Provides support to leaders for development and delivery of cultural change, building talent and capability and coaching.
- Experience in successfully working within a Business Partnering model. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, e.g. Finance and Business Unit Operations.
