We are committed to excellence and compassionate service, and we are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to support out Australian and New Zealand business entities.
Responsibilities:
The Payroll Officer will prepare, process and reconcile accurate payments and time and attendance files for the Australian and New Zealand payrolls, including payment preparation of company liabilities.
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, this position will support the development of the Payroll Administrator, giving guidance and help with payroll queries and answering ticketing calls.
The Payroll Officer will also produce statutory and internal reports to Stakeholders and support the Manager for new projects.
Key responsibilities include
- Perform end to end weekly and monthly payrolls for Australian and New Zealand business entities in iChris
- Process leave calculations including long service leave, parental leave and sick leave
- Reconcile and process monthly payment of Superannuation contributions through Quick Super Clearing House to ensure accurate and timely adherence to fund administration guidelines and legislative requirements
- Ensure all queries are managed in an appropriate manner within SLA guidelines in our ticketing application
- Work closely with other Officer, to prepare statutory reports and payments for super and company tax liabilities within statutory deadlines
Our InvoCare support office is currently located in North Sydney, but we are thrilled to announce our office will be relocating to the Northwest or Western suburbs by July 2025.
