Kpler is looking for a payroll officer to join our newly formed Payroll team. You will be responsible for the operational part of payroll, for our entities around the globe. You will be part of the Finance team, reporting to the Payroll Manager and working closely with the People team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and any other language constitutes a plus
  • A previous experience in payroll is required
  • Good knowledge of the Google Suite
  • Ability to organize workload and meet the expected deadlines
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders from several time zones
  • Ability to work with confidential material
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the records for the monthly payroll process
  • Maintain the relationship with third-party service providers
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll
  • Monitor social, fiscal and labor law changes and communicates it to the relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with the General ledger team and offer support in resolving their queries
  • Keep up to date the payroll process
  • Manage the operational part of the benefits (refill and order cards, declare pension contribution etc.) in collaboration with the People team
