Description:
Susquehanna is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our growing team based in Barangaroo. In this role, you will primarily work on Australian payroll with the opportunity to learn payroll for other Asia Pac regions. To be successful in this role you will have experience with ADP Managed Services and Payforce. This role also offers the flexibility of either 4 days part-time or full time for the right candidate.
What you’ll do
- Accurately process monthly end-to-end payroll using ADP
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary revisions
- Payroll related bank reconciliations
- Calculate superannuation contributions, payroll tax, and other statutory obligations
- Annual renewal of workers compensation
- Annual WGEA reporting
- Ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations, awards and Fair Work requirements
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting, including Payment Summaries and EOFY reconciliation
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management
