PAYROLL & OPERATIONS ANALYST

As the Payroll & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational and administrative aspects of the Executive population for ROI and UK. This typically includes the lifecycle processes for all directors including offers, onboarding, payroll and offboarding. You will ensure that relevant executive People & Culture operations run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining compliance with Primark’s policies and legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Offer and Onboarding: You will prepare total reward package for new-hires and promotions including preparing offer letters, contracts and offer packs for executive level hires, ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Executive Records and Data Management: You will maintain executive records, ensuring all executive information is kept accurate and up to date, you will generate reports and analytics from data as needed and ensure all data and records are created and maintained for a more efficient team process.
  • Payroll Processing: You will work effectively and efficiently with the outsourced payroll provider, ensure payroll transactions are completed on time and efficiently. In conjunction with the provider, generate payroll reports and summaries as needed.
  • Year End Cycle: Along with the Executive Reward Manager, you will assist in the effective implementation of the year end timetable, you will create documentation for the executive performance and reward review processes, ensuring all files and documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Reward and Benefits Administration: You will work with the benefits team and other colleagues, to administer executive benefits programs including enrolments, changes, and terminations. As well as answering executive inquiries regarding benefits and reward.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: You will stay up to date with labour laws and regulations and assist in the development and implementation of relevant policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: You bring proven experience in Payroll and HR Operations or in a similar role, are experienced in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Skills: You have enhanced organizational and prioritisation abilities and bring effective communication and interpersonal skills. You have a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards, and great attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work to tight deadlines
