SharkNinja, a leader in innovative household solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist on a 6 month FTC to support payroll operations across the EMEA region. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple countries and will play a pivotal role in the transition from ADP to CloudPay, our new payroll system. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:
HERE ARE SOME OF THE EXCITING THINGS THAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Payroll Processing:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
- Maintain payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and other relevant data.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- System Implementation and Transition:
- Play a key role in the transition from ADP to CloudPay, including data migration, system testing, and validation.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team, IT, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of CloudPay.
- Provide training and support to HR and finance teams on the new CloudPay system.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations across the EMEA region.
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and other required documentation.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices in payroll management and ensure continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll trends, legislation changes, and system updates to ensure the company remains compliant and efficient.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on payroll-related matters.
- Liaise with external payroll vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality service and compliance.
