YOUR SKILLS MATTER:

• Relevant qualification or demonstrable vocational training in Payroll or Payroll related discipline with 5+ years of adequate professional experience in a comparable position
• Experienced with HR projects and having the ambition to evolve in the HR organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, organized, proactive, striving for excellence, solution-oriented, curious and eager to learn and grow
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• IT affinity and enjoy working with HR programs and tools, particularly in MS Office and Excel, and preferably knowledge of Success factors and Microsoft Navision
