To support the payroll department we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (f/m/d) in Poland / Szczecin for a contract limited to one year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, HR or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant payroll experience
- Strong Excel skills (PIVOT tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Previous experience in working in an international fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with Workday preferable
- High motivation and team spirit
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal English skills
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with outsourced payroll providers to prepare monthly payrolls
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the complete payroll cycle for Poland and Czech Republic
- Validate payroll output reports delivered by our outsourced payroll providers
- Manage the year-end processes for all assigned payrolls to ensure statutory deadlines are met
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to support them as and when needed
- Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries
- Provide ad-hoc support as requested by your line manager
