Description:
We are looking for an Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for our rapidly growing Global Transaction Center of KWS Berlin GmbH in the heart of Berlin. The position is full-time and permanent. - You already have experience in payroll processing for Germany. If you have already worked with SAP, even better!

- Your “customers” are your colleagues at KWS, so it is important to you that they can rely on the payroll being correctly processed, problems being quickly resolved, and questions being answered promptly.
- You speak fluent German. Since our team is very international, basic English skills would be an advantage. If necessary, we will support you with language training.
Responsibilities:
- Together with your colleagues, you will ensure correct and timely payroll processing for our business units in Germany.
- This includes maintaining master and transaction data, checking payroll results, and supporting time management, such as recording missing or incorrect time data.
- You will create certificates and reports and process inquiries from employees and managers in our ticket system.
- You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of our processes.
