Responsibilities:
- Administration of payroll accounting for a specific location (salary payment, posting, third party liabilities)
- Monitoring data quality for payroll
- Proposal of improvement ideas in the ClarusHR system regarding Payroll and Personnel Administration processes
- Following and implementing the legal provisions of the Labor Code and the special laws regarding wages
- Informing, preparing and completing all the necessary documents / stages for the payment of salaries in Magna Electronics Romania, according to the CCM and the specific procedures
- Responsible for managing the relationship with Payroll system providers, banks and other suppliers involved in the payment of salaries/meal tickets
- Prepares situations related to Payroll and reports them to the HR and Finance Manager
- Participates in internal and external audits on topics related to Payroll activity
- Responsible for the periodic review and continuous improvement of the processes and procedures specific to the Payroll activity
- Responsible for the preparation of specific situations for the Payroll process requested by the financial department
- Involvement in the periodic forecasting process and providing administrative support
- Involvement in the revision of CCM and ROI and the elections of Magna Electronics Romania employee representatives
- Service provider for local HR Business and Service Partners and employees
- Contact person for employees and authorities regarding tax, social insurance and pay related questions
- Other activities required by and related to the specifics of the Payroll positio
