WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Payroll Specialist who excels in fostering positive relationships and possesses a passion for teamwork. The ideal candidate is a precise person, with previous knowledge of the Retail, flexible and who easily adapts to changes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 to 4 years of previews experience in similar roles
- In-depth CCNL knowledge (even better if currently used)
- Knowledge of regulations and management of:
- Attendance tracking tools and the correct shift management
- Fixed-term contract
- Illnesses, leaves (maternity leave, extraordinary leave) and accidents.
- Fluent English
- Familiarity with F2A tool is a plus
Responsibilities:
KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative HR management
- Hiring and terminations of employment relations management
- Mandatory notifications to the appointed bodies
- Attendance detection and absences supporting documentation management
- Staff movements reports drafting
