Responsibilities:

  • Managing deductions, including taxes, benefits, and pension contributions, while staying current with legal requirements.
  • Overseeing new employee enrollment into benefits programs and maintaining comprehensive payroll records.
  • Proactively addressing discrepancies in timekeeping and payroll data, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Streamlining payroll processes to enhance efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service in response to payroll inquiries.
