- Experience with a diverse multi-site, multi-payroll environment with ideally 3 plus years of PayGlobal and NZ payroll processing experience
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration including experience processing payroll with 24/7 roster patterns
- Humanforce experience preferred
- High level of initiative and a self-starter

Responsibilities:
We’re seeking a Payroll professional to join our team based in Dunsandel. You’ll play a critical role in managing the end-to-end payroll process as well as being the go-to person for payroll enquiries.
You will have the ability to thrive in a busy environment whilst handling high volumes and ensuring accuracy under pressure. As this is a busy role we are looking for payroll experts with PayGlobal experience to hit the ground running. This role has the ability to be part time at 32 hours per week or full time.
The main responsibilities of this role include..
- Timely and accurate processing of our waged and salaried payroll ‘s
- Ensuring there are best practice checks and controls in the process to ensure an efficient and accurate payroll process, always right first time
- Liaise with the HR Technology & Remuneration team to ensure new starters and any other employee changes are recorded accurately in the payroll system
- Ensure compliance with Payroll tax obligations, including PAYE and Kiwisaver as well as payroll legislative changes.
- Ensure appropriate authorisation of timesheets, payroll payments and changes to payroll data
