- Position: Payroll Specialist/HR Assistant
- Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong grasp of payroll processing and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in ADP RUN or Workforce required.
- Responsibilities:
- Run bi-weekly payroll operations meticulously.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding seamlessly.
- Generate insightful payroll reports.
- Perform related HR duties.
- Maintain precise payroll records and transactions.
- Address employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, and policies.
- Assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and addressing discrepancies proactively.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on evolving industry trends.
- Other related Payroll and HR duties.
