Your expertise in Excel, QuickBooks, and ADP Payroll software will shine in this role.

  • Position: Payroll Specialist/HR Assistant
  • Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Excel QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong grasp of payroll processing and regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in ADP RUN or Workforce required.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Run bi-weekly payroll operations meticulously.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding seamlessly.
  • Generate insightful payroll reports.
  • Perform related HR duties.
  • Maintain precise payroll records and transactions.
  • Address employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, and policies.
  • Assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and addressing discrepancies proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on evolving industry trends.
  • Other related Payroll and HR duties.
