Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company and will be their trusted advisor. During a typical day, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Onboard new payroll service clients and certain chosen additional modules.
  • Analyze and confirm needs to the satisfaction of clients. Conduct necessary follow-ups.
  • Conduct tests to ensure quality and follow the ISO process in place.
  • Train the client on the use of software and inform them about legislation.
  • Assist the client with their first payrolls.
  • Administrative tasks: billing, portal access, documentation, follow-ups, etc. Stay informed about changes affecting our solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • You will use our payroll solutions to assist our clientele online or by phone.
  • A college diploma (DEC) in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any other combination of relevant studies and experience.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the payroll field.
  • A developed sense of customer service, analytical, synthesis, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft MD Office tools.
  • Training “Understanding the principles of online payroll” from Collège Ahuntsic or accreditation from the National Payroll Institute (INP) is an asset.
  • Having notions of accounting for the interface to the general ledger is an asset.
  • Excellent command of French, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in English is an asset.
