Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

HammondCare (HC) is embarking on an exciting technology transformation by investing in the rollout of new enterprise-wide technologies, including a full suite Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Workday. In this role you will be responsible for managing HC’s Payroll, Rostering and Time & Attendance systems. The role will work closely with the Workday HRIS implementation team to ensure HC’s iChris Payroll integrates seamlessly with this new cloud-based platform.

This role is a permanent full-time position based at St Leonards. Working from Home arrangements are available to team members, subject to meeting the requirements of the role and operational needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Analysis and design of iChris, UKG Pro and Workday: Ensuring all systems are in sync with data fit for consumption across all systems. Working with the Data & Analytics team to configure iChris and UKG Pro for data integration and migration, including bulk GTR data loads. Responsible for providing fields for Data Analysis and Power BI reporting, System administration including managing refreshes, upgrades, changes, and testing and then escalating potential risks.
  • BAU support of iChris and UKG Pro: Ensuring the systems are fit for purpose to deliver on operational requirements.
  • Reporting & Governance: Providing regular reporting based on business and legislative requirements in a timely manner. Cooperating with internal/external auditors to complete and provide required information during regular audits
  • Subject Matter Expert for payroll and rostering software applications: Using hands on experience and technical skills to identify and setup the software to meet operational needs, including EAs, leave rules accrual setup and maintenance.
  • Key system administration: Establishing access/profiles/permissions, user accounts, assisting Employee Portal end-users to troubleshoot, Form Customisations, leading EOFY system activities including system upgrades and updates
  • Position Management and iChris Architecture: Ensuring iChris Position Management is maintained and support all bulk changes. Knowledge of the configuration of iChris Application Servers and SQL Databases.
  • Lead change roll out associated with system changes, developments and enhancements including the creation of User Guide documentation and basic end user training.
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors: Build a trusted relationship with iChris, UKG Pro and Workday teams
