The hired person will be responsible for leading the Operations Team dedicated to the selected portfolio of Clients, as well as will act as the main Specialist and Expert in the field of payroll and administration. At TMF Poland we know how important it is to be up to date with all news and changes in this field, which is why the personal development of the Supervisor’s and Team’s competences is crucial for us.
The Payroll Team Lead will report to HRP Manager and will work in our office in Katowice (hybrid model).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Planning tasks and team work in accordance with the needs of clients
  • Motivating and developing the competences of employees, supporting their professional development
  • Monitoring the quality of service provided by the team in terms of entering data into the HR and payroll system, including correct and compliant with legal regulations preparation of payrolls and salary transfers to be carried out in the banking system
  • Active participation in process improvement projects
  • Signing relevant documents/tax returns in accordance with the power of attorney received
  • Contact with state institutions - Social Insurance Institution, Tax Offices, National Labor Inspectorate, Central Statistical Office, State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People, Employee Capital Plans
  • Supervising the establishment of personnel files and archiving of commissioned HR and payroll documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures
