The Position

PAYROLL, TIME & BENEFITS SPECIALIST (FIXED-TERM)

Responsibilities:

  • Execute system data maintenance and administrative tasks for payroll, tax, social insurance, time management, and benefits administration.
  • Provide customer service for pay, time, and benefits, including inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and reconcile mass upload files for all pay frequencies, ensuring accurate data flow and timely processing of integrations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate processing in line with country-specific regulations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance to first-level P&C support teams and ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and service enhancement, including maintaining up-to-date process documentation.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent, effective service delivery and drive local consistency within the People Support Solutions network
