Job Summary
The Plant Cost Analyst is a partner to the plant managers within assigned area. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and provide clear insights into the Operations performance and identify opportunities for additional improvement and productivity. You are constantly looking for way to improve and further develop our internal analytical tools. Through a wide and strong network, you can enhance financial awareness across the organization and ensure transparency on key financial indicators/targets.
Senior role promotion from PCA requires work ownership and functional independence, combined with ability to support others.
