Description:
The successful candidate will have experience of EMIS web or similar patient management software and Excel spreadsheet knowledge for regular reporting. Other duties will also include; Supporting practices to enhance care; this will include supporting practices to achieve PCN Network DES targets Carry out audits to identify improvements and maximise income in particular in Investment and Impact Fund (IIF), QOF, QIF, enhanced services and claiming procedures Update IT systems to include templates and protocols in order to meet the requirements of any changes in service specifications To coordinate, monitor and deliver projects and services clinical campaigns Supporting practices to achieve the public health indicators linked with PCN quality improvement work e.g. cancer screening uptake Supporting the PCN vaccination campaign delivery (Covid and Influenza). This will involve running searches, monitoring targets and contacting patients.
To support the wider PCN in developing effective working relations which maximise health outcomes for the PCN patient cohort IT and Administrative Support: Linking with the PCN operations manager and PCN administrator to ensure appropriate searches developed and kept up to date to monitor progress Using PCN dashboards to monitor progress Having a good level of understanding of EMIS, Ardens and other tools that can support highly effective working across the PCN; develop appropriate EMIS searches to support work streams as necessary PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: Newcastle North PCN is constantly looking to develop new services to meet the needs of the PCN contract and our patient population. This role will offer you the opportunity to get involved in these developments. We would like to use your organisational skills to deliver services on time, to the highest standard. Support the general administration of projects and services delivered by our PCN.
Support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication. Support the production of project performance reports for the Board
