Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Ensure PDI centre is focussed towards high standards of Associate & Customer Engagement. Sustains high quality of Production & Process standards. Maintains benchmark. Follows SOP & adheres to Company agreed SLA and ensure Kaizen initiatives in CFS PDI centre is implemented, improved & sustained.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Oversee that PDI & PPO Operations consistently produce high-quality work, optimize output, and minimize work stoppages to meet Sales demand.
  • Verify that all sections of PDI & PPO consistently adhere to SOPs.
  • Implement and sustain 5S & Kaizen initiatives.
  • Facilitate training for new models, special action models, and related Product, PDI, PPO processes.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and performance excellence among Associates.
  • Maintain compliance with HSSE standards by ASU Associates and outsourced manpower.
  • Ensure Teamwork & Performance oriented culture amongst Associates.
  • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, higher efficiencies through Kaizen, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving concerns & on time reporting of production summaries.
  • Accident and incident reporting & counter measure to reduce accident to zero.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in foreman or Supervisory position in Dealership Service or Dealership PDI Centre
