We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our team as an Pre-Delivery Inspection Technician (PDI). We have Full-Time Permanent position available for our Whitehorse Dealership in Yukon . Hours and days of work will be determined by business levels. The dealership is open 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Sunday; the successful applicant must be available to work when scheduled. Subsidized accommodation options may be available (depending on availability) for anyone relocating from outside of Whitehorse.
The PDI Technician is responsible for making ready all service and sales units for customers as well as assisting with checking in new units, show set up and taking inventory pictures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good attitude
• Good diagnostic skills
• RV & Trailer repairs experience an asset.
• Experience with Plumbing, Carpentry, or Electrical (Automotive or Industrial)
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays
• General house renovation skills
• Level 1 RV Certificate and experience in RV & trailers would be an asset.

• Reviewing work orders.
• Performing a complete diagnostic review to determine problem(s).
• Completing all warranty and repair work as required.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• PDI’s (Pre-Delivery Inspections) of all our rental units. This includes small repairs varying from appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and oil changes.
• Pick up parts/supplies.
• Service parts cleaner
• Put shop supplies away.
• Sweep floors.
• Take out cardboard bin and empty garbage.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
