QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a leading university
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience; network in technology sectors is preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to identify key investment drivers, opportunities, and risks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively within a team and externally with a variety of stakeholders including management teams, advisors, and LPs
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Chinese skills is a plus
• Demonstrated passion for technology, and a highly disciplined and strategic approach to investing

The firm is seeking highly motivated Private Equity (PE) Investment / Investor Relations (IR) Associates to join our team in Singapore. In this full-time, on-site role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying, sourcing, executing, and managing investments in target sectors across the region, as well as supporting the Managing Partner on investment and IR responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses experience relevant to the private equity industry and experience working with management teams on strategic initiatives.

The role’s primary responsibilities include:

• Contribute to deal sourcing and investment research within technology-related sectors, notably in management buyouts, corporate carveouts, cross-border M&As and privately negotiated transactions involving public companies
• Participate in deal execution, portfolio monitoring and exit efforts for investments
• Conduct landscape studies on high-potential subsectors. and provide insights on emerging investment themes and research
• Provide monitoring and value-adding services to portfolio companies
• Depending on individual strengths, successful candidates may participate in client-facing capital raising activities. Those with relevant experience may work with the Managing Partner on a full range of managerial activities, including investment execution, portfolio management, and value-adding services to LPs
• Collaborate with teams on strategic initiatives
