JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Pedigree Director develops both short and long-term marketing strategies for the brand to drive sales and profit growth. This role leads the Pedigree team and manages the end-to-end portfolio, category, and brand strategies for growth, including innovation, channel strategy, and communications, driving continued penetration growth. This individual will be the owner of our core brand, a highly valuable and top-tier brand.

• Develop and maintain 5-year rolling brand plans to meet the segment and business growth agenda, both top-line and bottom-line.
• Supervise the deployment of the brand’s look and feel in the market.
• Guide the brand team through the identification of new, insight-led ideas.
• Build and lead a high-performing team while working closely with cross-functional business partners.
• Ensure brands are prioritized in the business agenda and represented in key business forums.
• Lead the development and execution of the innovation pipeline.
• Prioritize customer market strategies to drive the most profitable initiatives.
